Welcome to Minimasters! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services offered by Minimasters (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). 1. Services

We provide digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

  • Branding and Creative Design

  • Email Marketing

  • Website Development

  • Offline Marketing

Each service is subject to the specific terms outlined in the respective service agreement or proposal.


2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide all required information and approvals in a timely manner.

  • Make payments on time as per the invoice schedule.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding content, advertising, and data usage.

  • Ensure that all content supplied does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.


3. Payments and Fees

  • All fees are outlined in the project proposal or service agreement.

  • Payments are due as per the agreed schedule (e.g., monthly, milestone-based).

  • Late payments may attract additional charges or suspension of services.

  • No refunds are provided for services already rendered.


4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated:

  • All original materials created by us remain the property of Minimasters until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom content will be transferred to the client.

  • Pre-existing or third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.


5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, client data, and strategies shared during the course of the engagement.


6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice under the following conditions:

  • Breach of terms by the other party.

  • Mutual agreement to discontinue.

  • Client failure to pay or provide necessary inputs.

Upon termination, any outstanding payments are immediately due and payable.


7. Limitation of Liability

Minimasters shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of business or profits.

  • Third-party service interruptions or failures.

  • Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information from the client.


8. Revisions and Approvals

  • We provide a limited number of revisions as mentioned in the service agreement.

  • Additional revisions will be billed at our standard hourly rate.


9. Third-Party Tools and Services

We may use third-party tools, plugins, or advertising platforms. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policy changes of these third parties.


10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pune,  Maharashtra . Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pune


11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
